Vumatel is Pathetic in their service

Vumatel is Pathetic with regards to service. After 10 or so phone calls all you get told is we sorry but will get the installations department to contact you. 3months now im still waiting for that phone call and for Vumatel to come run the fiber cable into my house. Vumatel should not promise a service if they cannot deliver PERIOD!!!!
