Vumatel is pathetic

Vumatel is an absolute joke. On Friday morning I woke up with no fiber. I got home of my ISP and they eventually got hold of vumatel and informed me there was a technical issue on the vumatel end and it would be 24 hours before I'm connected again.

I woke up on Saturday, still to have absolutely zero working connection. My ISP was still trying to find out what was going on. Vumatel then informed the ISP that they took it upon themselves to change my object number so now my house and object number weren't matching and I needed to send through a proof of address. Which I did.

Firstly, myself nor my ISP asked or were informed by anyone that my object number had changed. That is Vumatels problem and mistake so why the hell must I run around from pillar to post with absolutely zero results???

The whole of Saturday my ISP was messed around with no actual information or solution from Vumatel. With 7 escalated tickets later and telecommunications with a head technician to STILL no avail.

Guess what. Sunday morning and the entire of Sunday, still no working fiber. Only to be told there is a problem but they don't know what it is.

Oh and here we are on Monday morning with obviously still NO WORKING FIBER.

Vumatel you are absolutely useless and I cannot wait to change my line to someone that actually gives a **** about their clients.
