Vumatel is pathetic!

Over the past 2 months there has been endless problems with Vumatel. Last month we has no wifi for 2 days, last week were off again for a day and now we are off since Monday. Everytime this happens we are told that there is a fibre breakage and the technicians are on site. This is now frustrating as we cannot get hold of them or get an estimated turnaround time for the problem to be resolved. We are paying for a service but going for days without it and this is an inconvenience to people who work from home or depend on wifi to use tvs. Vumatel is pathetic!
