Vumatel is pathetic

I would like to express my sheer disgust with Vumatel. I recently moved to a new home. I followed all the right procedures by cancelling my line with Cool Ideas at my previous address, and app**** for the line at my new address. It has now been 2 weeks and I am still not connected.

The reason given to me by Cool Ideas is that another ISP app**** for the Vumatel fibre line when it became available at the new home. The irony is that the person that app**** for the line does not even reside at the address! This is just *****ulent that another ISP can apply for a line at an address that does not belong to their customer. I have submitted proof of address to Cool Ideas, but the other ISP now refuses to release the line (which does not even belong to them).

To top it all off, it is impossible to get hold of Vumatel to assist. They are just useless and I would not recommend their service at all. Also, on forums they say to email *** if you have any problems. Don't even waste your time.

Pathetic.
