VUMATEL IS PATHETIC

I wish could give Vumatel a negative rating. There is no company on the face of this earth that is worse than Vumatel. COveniently got rid of their call centre, forcing you to deal with your ISP who can only send them emails.

Our service was unilaterally terminated by Vumatel, despite being paid every month on time. No one can say why, apparantly some system glitch. And our ISP can only send emails to request activation. No way to complain, no way to escalate, just send an email and we have to wait and sit days without internet access due to no fault of our own, but we still have to pay.

And there is no other fibre company in our area, so we are forced to make use of Vumatel. So if you buy your house next time, make sure which fibre provider services that area. If it is Vumatel, don't buy there.
