Vumatel is only available during connection of fibre

Vumatel is only available during connection of fibre. Besides they are not accessible because there's no other way of communicating with them besides WhatsApp and talk with the so called consultant who can not even give you answers.There is even fee of R65 to talk to consultant. No even option of email. I wanted to change banking details for debit but I can't reach them since August 2025.When premium is going up they just send message but with no option of contact number for inquiry.
