VUMATEL IS ON A SLIPPERY SLOPE

I have been waiting for almost 3 years for Vumatel to remediate a defective installation where the fibre cable was merely nailed to the walls (not protected from the elements) and every time I asked for the installation to be done properly - I have fobbed off by its service providers. Today I was informed by its latest service provider NANO FIBRE that I must pay for whole new installation. That sucks!!!!
