Vumatel is not professional.

I have recently had a terrible experience with Vumatel. They invaded my property, drilled my wall, drenched in front of my garage without my consent. To top it all the company that was sent to do the job were as terrible as vumatel, rude and a bully. He had the got to tell me to move my car and allow them to work that if I have a problem with it I should call vumatel. This is someone whom I do not have any dealings with whatsoever. The front of my house is a mess since last week and not a good sight. If I ordered vumatel's services I will understand, but I did not and to be treated this way is not a acceptable. We have called vumatel office severally, but they all pretend not to know how to handle this type of situation which is so ridiculous. Having an ISP is a personal choice and not by force, which is what I have experienced. I will never recommend vumatel and will always discourage anyone who is planning to consider them as their ISP. This is really unacceptable.
