Vumatel is not a good service provider.

Vumatel is a bad service provider truly, they are not communicating effectively with their ISPs and it is leaving us as customers frustrated and annoyed. My order has been pending for a week and a half and still no installation, it is vuma reach and my ISP cannot do anything on their side as I did the order myself.

They have escalated it but I am still waiting for Vuma to contact me for installation.

No communication whats so ever from Vuma side and no assistance. For a company that fought for the contract to install fibre in our neighbourhood they are not a very good company
