Vumatel is nonsense!
I sent a WhatsApp to Vuma on the 25 July 2023 enquiring if they cover my area. They confirmed that they do and requested that I pay R400 for the installation. I paid the R400 on the 26 July, they promised to install in 5 business days. On the 2nd August I did a follow up via whatsApp. I was now told my area is high risk and they will cancel and refund me within 7 business day. 7 days passed I was told its 15-20 days. It's been more than 31 days I remind them every week and they promising to refund me every week.
