Vumatel is misleading

So Vumatel releases a statement saying maintenance is from 17 July to 25 July in Blairgowrie. What they do not say is that they send messages to customers twice, one of maintenance from 3 July to 14 July and another from 17 July to 21 July - this is unacceptable. I have been down for 2 weeks. With no explanation or apology, They keep moving the ballpark and call center agents do not know what is going on. Time to find another provider!
