Vumatel is ***.....

I have only had my fiber line with vumatel for less than a month there is now not connection to the internet and I have called my ISP and they keep telling me it's on vumatel side but on vumatel there is no way to connect them directly. There is no call center for vumatel and no help from them at all. Vumatel are *****s and ****s. So far the worst fiber connection company I have ever worked with
