VUMATEL IS ***********

Dear Vumatel, my name Gerhard Johannes Dreyer, ID No: ********** 082. I ordered a fibre line using Vumatel which was installed into my home a month ago. The technician who helped us with the installation informed us that we would have internet access by the following day. That was not the case. Afterwards I spoke to several of Telkom's technicians on the 10210 number. We did the router setup various times. OUR INTERNET IS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER A MONTH AND THE FIRST DEBIT ORDER HAS GONE OF. Telkom has referred the matter to you as they say it is a problem VUMATEL has to sort out. My experience with Telkom and Vumatel as a customer has so far been the worst of my entire life.
