Vumatel is hopeless.

Pathetic once again!!! Told someone is comming to move my box, no one comes. You call the call center they say they will call back to say where the technicians are. You wait on the line for 20min plus and Nothing!!! This has now gone on for the fourth months. 4 months and still nothing from Vumatel!!!! Disgusting!!

Thank you for contacting me. I find it very surprising that for 4 months I have been receiving calls from Vumatel, and everytime someone told me something was going to happen nothing did. Now over the 4 months not a single ticket has been logged. I must have been receiving calls from a Vumatel ghost, that no one is able to see the call history or the call logs to trace things back. How difficult can this be, to move one box.
