Vumatel is disgusting....no customer service whatsoever

Listen if you want to save yourself drama and heartache. Run when it comes to Vumatel. They're the worst. My internet connection has been down for 4 days now. My ISP Vox logged a call with them to this day nothing has been done. Before our lines were with SADV and connection was always resolved quickly and efficiently. Since we migrated to Vuma it's been downhill and worst thing they even increased our subscription while it was so affordable with SADV ....they deserve to be closed down. They care nothing about customer service
