Vumatel is disgustingly useless

0 stars if possible. A week ago they had an ‘outage’ in Gauteng and Cape Town. The next day it was supposedly ‘fixed’. We had no internet and contacted Afrihost. They said it was a Vuma problem and after contacting Vuma every single day since absolutely nothing has happened. Every agent we talk to reopens the ticket that the previous agent closed, they said they would send a technician to assist at our house on Friday. Today is Monday and when we phoned to hear about the progress we were told that there never was a technician requested for our ticket. They refused to put us through to a higher authority and insisted on disputing the ticket. Afrihost has had absolutely no contact from their side. Vumatel has the most useless, idiotic support from any service provider I have ever dealt with.
