Vumatel is basically a ****

Vumatel came to install the fibre at my house and they didn't bother to tell us that they have an outage issue that they have been dealing with for a long time, and now we are stuck with no internet. I work from home and they not doing much to help with the issue.My question is why agree to come and install the fibre knowing very well they have an outage issue. This is so unprofessional of them and it's honestly annoying because we've paid already. So we paid for something that doesn't work at all because we didn't even get a chance to use the internet since its been installed.
