Vumatel is ***********

It’s so sad that which ever ISP we use, we still covered by vumatel, my Wi-Fi has been off since I have moved the 25th May and yet to this day no technician has attempted to call or come out check the fault. All you get is I will escalate or it has been escalated, this is not the first nor the second time that it has been happening. You can’t get through to seniors for that matter, if I could move my business somewhere else other than vumatel then I would, i mean we work from home and weeks without Wi-Fi is extremely frustrating, OVC-***
