Vumatel is an absolute joke of a company
Vumatel is an absolute Joke of a company. This is now the 2nd time we have had to play middle man between our ISP and vumatel in order to get our fibre-line working properly.
Calls are logged by the ISP with Vumatel and nothing happens except that they close the calls without doing a thing and then request for feedback of their service.
How they are still operational I have no idea. Maybe its because they have a monopoly in our area on the fibre lines so they believe they dont need to offer service because you cant actually go anywhere else.
Vumatel needs a serious wake up call that although they may own the area they are not invincible and dues are paid in due time.
Get our act together and actually fulfill the service delivery instead of believing you are untouchable.
