Vumatel is an absolute joke.

We are basically going to lose our Sh#t with vumatel . we got fibre about 6 months ago and it worked beautifully, the area was still run \owned by maboneng . Vumatel bought the area and since then it's just been pathetic , pretty much straight away it was down for 8 days , eventually fixes that , then 2 or so weeks ago it went down again , after waiting 6 days for a technician to show up , he then left ... But still not fixed .. Phone again they say no the issue has been resolved ... F$## it has .. Again 2 days later another technician , this one manages to get it running , leaves, 3 hours later it's gone again . ... Anyway next day they back and get it running , 4 days of bliss .. And then , wouldn't u know it , off again .... Now on day 5 again without internet and empty promises from call center... Seriously how can a company exist, never mind survive with such astounding incompetence and lack of service ... It's just unreal ... Oh., and then u have to read on their Facebook about their huge effort to install fiber in the townships for next to nothing .. All good and well , great job, but as a client whose paying an arm and a leg for the same service yet it never works .. How can you not going completely f%&+cking ballistic at this
