Vumatel Is Actively Ignoring Customers!

I prepaid for my internet access, have no access to the internet for pass three days. Numerously tried to contact my ISP was ignored and Vumatel can't help cause their waiting for the ISP that is actively ignoring it's customer to report the issue so it could be addressed. If they don't then is not Vumatel problem and if they are not satisfied with their current ISP, then they can choose another ISP and forfiet their cash and get a new shinny ISP that will do the same in the future. Just a terrible business model with a disastrous outcomes for customers.
