VUMATEL IS A ****, STAY AWAY!!

Been without wifi since Thursday, customer service is pathetic, they don't answer calls, all their staff is remote based which explains the pathetic service, all they tell you is that it's a outage and it will be restored soon that's the same story I've been hearing since Thursday! Their service is the worst ever, BIG **** OF A COMPANY!!
