Vumatel is a **** service provider

I stay in Midrand halfway house and we haven't had fibre connection for 2 weeks. no update nothing, just being told that technicians are working on the matter and that they sorry for the inconvenience. Vumatel is pathetic actually. we going to have a bleak Christmas with family because of no Internet connection but I pay every month. Nonsense
