Vumatel is a **** and their so called ISP's

Thr worst service ever, I made payment on the 21st Dec installation was done on the 22nd Dec and i still have internet service. Their managers including higher management seem to take no care in how to treat customers.once payment was made i have been passed from pillar to post, had calls dropped on me by consultants.Tertia van staden was meant to assist however now ignores my messages.She simply stated installation was not meant to be done.i am tired of their **** nd when i asked for a refund was told 6 to 8 weeks can you believe that as for Vuma tel just as bad as they are the only reason i affiliated with these people was due to Vumatel.Pathetic service and employees do not get into the same trap!
