We have been without Wi-Fi for over a week now last week Sunday after we had been connected they told us that they will send us a statement so we are able to pay our account no statement sent account was just suspended had no Wi-Fi for a whole week with deadlines mounting up had to go from pillar to post to find out to the ISP is eventually found the ISP now they have debited their money form the Internet but we are still not connected we are still suspended the connection is there but it says no Internet connection nobody is calling back from the WhatsApp number the number is they have online at all not been answered it’s just a useless company but does not help anyone it’s over a week for some of us work from home I feel like cancelling this immediately and nobody is calling back to actually review or to try and help
