Good evening.......I am having a problem regarding my vuma wifi installation they said they will come yesterday( 21 Sunday 2025)to install it around 08h30 but they pitch up and didn't even communicate with me....even today I am still waiting no communication at all and I've paid for it already I want to know what is going on because theres no communication regarding it and why they didn't pitch up till to date.........its been more than 18 days waiting for my Wi-Fi installation and router and I've paid for it on the 19th of December 2025 till today still waiting and I am expected to pay on the 21st of January while I didn't even used it or received anything from your service.........can I have a refund of money since you can't provide me with your service and I've paid for.......can I have my refund please by the end of this week to look for another better service providers

How long will it take because the next debit order on the 21st of this month and I haven't even used it.........it going to be a month now still waiting since last year

But you've been telling me the same thing you've requested for an till today since last year December it's a month now still waiting and there's no way forward too you keep on saying same thing again and again been too long waiting for your technician to come and install it please fix it or I'll contact the ISP for my money back

No it's hasn't been resolved till to date......I am still waiting for the technician call that they said I will receive to get my vuma Wi-Fi installed still nothing.......but I've paid for it and nothing is happening we are being told stories after stories excuses after excuses can you fix it and send your technician to come and install it since last year December been waiting for nothing.....is this how VUMATE is treating it customers like you're doing us a favour on our money that total wrong
