Vumatel is a nuisance

I am very frustrated with Vumatel. I moved in to a unit in a complex in morningside. I am unable to get a fiber line activation because when the service provider tries to activate my line Vuma restricts them because it shows that the line is assigned to previous tenant. They requested my lease agreement and also confirmed the previous tenant has been terminated. The keep telling me they are logging a ticket but nothing is getting resolved. What ****es me off even more is that they don't have a number I can contact them on and the only interaction I had with them was on twitter. that interaction is also not helpful because the person does not even understand what the issue is.
