VUMATEL IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Vumatel is a nightmare!!!! I have been waiting for my installation as of Dec the 6th. I was scheduled to get installation today only for them to send me an email just 4 min before the agreed time stating that I have been rescheduled to the 17th of December.

I honestly never experienced this nonsense with Metro fibre.

I was booked for today but they just decided to cancel and as previously mentioned I was patient enough to wait from the 6th of December.
