Vumatel is a mediocre company!!!!!!

It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve still not been assisted by Vumatel. My internet connection stopped functioning over 3 weeks ago and I’ve been calling your call centre almost everyday with no help. Someone always promises to call back but that never happens. Your technicians have been here twice but still have not managed to figure out the problem. I work from home meaning I’ve lost 3 weeks of pay due to your incompetency. Vumatel is a mediocre company and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I am about to lose my job!!!!
