Vumatel is a joke.

Our internet has been down for 3 days and constant calling and messaging has resulted in no response or feedback. The last time this happened we had no internet for 3 weeks or communication from them. They had the audacity to charge us for a month for a service that they did not provide. Their customer care is atrocious and feedback is appalling. I would not recommend them. As we are still sitting with no internet or feedback as to when a technician will come out. It's a disgrace for a private company.
