Vumatel is a joke

Appointment was setup for today and the technician I spoke with now says they tried arriving at the property and there wasn’t anyone. Of course there wasn’t anyone because I had no business being there when the appointment was not for the day they arrived. This is an inconvenience because I moved out plans so they can come today and now a new ticket must be opened
