Vumatel is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!
Another day passed, another excuse given.
No feedback from anyone, all that needs to be done is a change on the order form to configure the line but Vumatel support sits twiddling their thumbs giving excuses at every possible chance.
Your service is shocking to say the least.
I emailed a manager ********** and he couldn't even bother to respond.
My support ticket has been open for over a week but your SLA is 48 hours??
I wish I could tell Vumatel where to get off but they are the only provider in my estate.
