Vumatel is a half commited service provider.

During March 2024 we have lost about 30 hours of internet and associated security. No explanation or excuses. Management don't seem to have a handle on operations and technicians seem unqualified. We are left in the dark and our only communication is that our monthly subscription will be going up in April.
