Vumatel is a downfall of our businesses

I have only 3 days since my fibre was installed by Vumatel & Afrihost as the service provider, My line has been down all morning & I have filled a report..

I have not gotten any response from Vuma or even a call to explain what's happening? How are we suppose to work? These people don't value us as their clients!
