Vumatel is a dishonest company! Horrid!

This is has been my husband and I's recent experience with Vumatel: I am absolutely fed up with the service or lack thereof from Vumatel. I booked an installation 3 weeks ago which was cancelled without reason. I then booked another which was also cancelled without them providing a reason. After spending hours on the phone (I've spoken to Portia, Nwabesa, Thabo, Sebongile, Lebogang) to sort it out, they finally arranged a booking at which point the gentlemen who came to install said they could not as they needed another wall box on the boundary wall to be installed, and they would book a ticket to resolve such. I had another 3 different installation teams during the course of that week come out and tell me the exact same thing. Eventually after a while, another wall box magically appeared on the wall. I called to book an installation and 3 days later some one came out and installed it and left without it working, mentioning that a splicing team needs to come in. Another 3 or so hours on the phone, and a splice team was booked 3 days later, they came through, promised me it would be resolved and then left informing me they would be back with spare parts they needed. They did not return. This was on Saturday. I spent another 2.5 hours on the phone today and got through to Zrzahier, who is apparently the installations department manager. He told me he would look into it. I ended up calling him back twice. He told me that team was busy in Bryanston and would come through right after as I was a priority to resolve. Additionally he mentioned that the guys who came on Saturday left because it was their time to knockoff. So that team **** to me. Note that this team sat in there car for 2 hours, doing absolutely nothing before that. Thus Zrzahier promised me that because of the misconduct and multiple problems that it would be resolved yesterday with the Bryanston team. This comfirmation call happened at 1pm. It is Tuesday now. So Zrzahier **** to me as well. From 3pm until 6pm no one has contacted me or showed up; Zrzahier has blocked my calls and has refused to speak to me. What kind of company is this? I also have all recorded phonecalls with all these people who blatantly lie. And I am prepared to send this to Icasa. Vumatel is a dishonest company. Managing client expectations and NOT LYING is basic customer service. Super frustrated. And I dont even get reference numbers each time I call.

Hi, Mr Bhairo spoke to you yes, and again you have disappointed us. He cannot give object number, as apparently installations has to come out AGAIN!!! In order to give us the object number. So now we are playing this waiting game with you again, with no time given as to when the installations team is supposed to come, but with a promise that they will come today. So let's see if your team actually comes through and the promise isn't empty like before. AND please ask your installation team to check onsite, while we are here, whether our line is connected. We are really fed up needing to phone in constantly to follow up. We have paid you money and expect feedback after someone has come through.

We got a call earlier from someone in the installation department saying that they are working on it and i need to reboot the Raycore device and it should be sorted this afternoon. it is still not sorted and when i call in to find out whats happening, they tell me the co-coordinators already knocked off at 4pm and they can't help and when i ask to speak to Grace (the lady who very kindly asked me NOT to run back to hello peter and complain), they drop the call, i call back and ask to speak to her and they make me hold 15 minutes and then drop the call. Can i ask you something "Grace", who is paying my R1300 bill to CISP for my bandwidth during these 3 weeks that i am unable to to use the fiber connection? also who is paying for the excess of R4000 i have had to spend on mobile data in order to operate our businesses? And i can guarantee you, when it comes time to fork out the R1700 for the "Installation" of this fibre, Vuma is not going to drop calls and make me hold... double standards from a despicable company.
