VUmatel is a disgrace to the industry.
To the CEO of vumatel. YOU MUST RESIGN IN DISGRACE. Not once in the six months have your even reached 40% of the promised speed. Your promised 5% downtime max, yet this month alone you are over 45% down. Vumatel is just aniother CancER company. lying *****ing and de*****ing its customers.
Do not buy vumatel. they are the worst internet company in africa.

25 Jul 2023, 15:04Good day Pieter V
Thank you for getting in touch.
We are sorry to hear about your connectivity issue.
Please contact your ISP (internet service provider) as the first point of contact when experiencing connection issues. ISPs are responsible for providing internet services to customers, and they have the necessary tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve many common connectivity problems. When you contact your ISP about a connection issue, they will typically guide you through some troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the problem. If, after troubleshooting, the ISP determines that the problem lies with the fiber provider (in this case, "us"), they will log a ticket to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution. This helps ensure that the problem is addressed by the responsible party, as different components of the internet infrastructure may be managed by different entities. By following this process and involving your ISP as the initial point of contact, you can streamline the troubleshooting and resolution process, ultimately helping to resolve the connection issue more efficiently.
Kind regards

We are sorry you feel this way.
Your first point of contact when you have an issue relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged. Kindly reach out to your ISP.
