VUMATEL IS A DISGRACE

I have had Vumatel through Webafrica for just about 1 week! They were so fast to debit my account for the full amount and now my internet has been down since Friday 10th December! The webchat agents are useless and I even waited in the phone for 57 minutes waiting to get through to an agent! The self proclaimed "fast" whatsapp service for Webafrica is not fast at all!! This is supposed to be an uncapped fibre like but I would have been better off with a normal Router!
