Vumatel is a disaster

Vamatel is a disaster, on the 14/05/2026 i was told that my line is activated. After 100 of calls and different username and password changes. It can connect but unfortunately I can't use apps like a mere WhatsApp. On the 15/05/2026 I made a follow up with CellC and they told me that Vumatel hasn't activated my line fully because some of the buttons are still red and not green on my line. I will never recommend Vumatel to any person. Im still buying data yet I paid Vumatel.
