Vumatel is a complete MESS. THEY ARE ***** WITH UNS****ED AGENTS

Vumatel is the worst fibre provider ever. i called them on the 13th february to just move my fibre connection as i was doing some renovation at my house. i specifically asked the agent whose name is Ernest whether there is any charge involve and he confirmed that there would be none. i was told the SLA is 72hrs and it will be sorted. i followed up today and spoke to a Samantha who informed me that the cost for call out is R1650. i was very angry as this was never communicated by the agent. if i had known this i would have not started with the renovations because that is a cost i did not budget for. Vumatel is a bunch of ****** who do not train their agent correctly now i am sitting with a tv room and kitchen full of holes and my daughter is being baptized on sunday and my house looks like a mess.
