VUMATEL IS A ****

Vumatel has ****med me!! I paid for fibre installation on the 28/09/2023 and on the 2nd they sent me a message telling me that they can’t install the fibre . Ever since then they have been giving me the run around about my refund . They do not want to refund me my money back. It’s been more than two weeks now and I haven’t heard anything about my refund. They are ****mers!!!
