They have the worst service in history,my sister had got vuma wifi for our home,the signal wasn't great but we made it work we got connected in May,so come June my sister goes to pay for the wifi dololo reconnection ,then we try to call them to report the issue no one is picking up their lines are not working send them countless emails still no response ,when we about to give finally theirs lines are working and only to have a rude agent ,so we tell her the issue and even tell her we have proof of payment she tells us that theres nothing she can do because vuma is a 3rd party we should contact flycool and we like when we signed up it was with them and not flycool which by the way closed down 3 or 5years back when we goodle it ,then I reached to them via messenger on fb only to get a response a week later that we should go back to where we paid but the thing is everything on the slip corresponds with the account that we were given to pay into Vuma is a complete **** nje !
