VUMATEL IS A ****

Please people steer clear of this company VUMATEL, I paid my account on 02/09/24 today is the 09/10/24 and I'm still without service. In over a month I've spoken to multiple agents on their helpline without being helped. They asked for proof of payment from my bank which I was happy to provide and even after showing proof of payment they still say they can't allocate my payment. I've sent 2 emails 3 weeks ago to their complaints department but haven't received any response from them, instead they sent me emails saying I must invite my family and friends to this **** of a company. People stay away from VUMATEL. IT'S A ****
