Vumatel Is A ****.

Came to install my Wi-Fi and insisted on installing it in the wrong place, directly against my wishes. After the installation they pretty much ghosted me and said there’s nothing that can be done. The Wi-Fi line isn’t even activated so I paid roundabout R529 for an installation and a little router that does absolutely nothing. I tried to communicate through various channels, I called and booked a ticket for a maintenance check and nothing has come of it for the past 2 to 3 days. Their staff knows nothing about handling customers and downright ignored my complaints and then spoke to me most condescendingly.
