I made a payment 7 days ago and i’m still not reconnected, I’ve been calling and chatting with them on WhatsApp but they’re not helping me ,they say that they can’t even refund me . I really don’t know what to do now because I need to be connected , i Can’t watch TV, my kids can’t use the internet for their homeworks .
