Vumatel *******ion

We don't have connection for the entire day since 7am. There is no way to contact Vumatel. Email address returns undelivered and phone number rings then cuts off I reached out on Instagram. I got a response to log a call with my ISP Mweb then send the reference number to Vumatel so that they can sort out. I sent the reference number on Instagram and there is no response. I can't believe that there is no way to contact service providers. You are actually worse than city power. Surely you should have an online system to log faults. Still not resolved
