Vumatel Internet Failure

Its been over 7 days now I've been having perpetual problems with Vumatel Internet. Cell.C is my ISP and Vumatel installed the router at my residence but can't activate it. The consultants keep calling me but it doesnt bring out best results. Honestly at this stage I would warn anyone that would want to use Vumatel, they have sub-standard service. They cant sort out their own work ,their own products. It's shocking that they take our money and fail to play their part by giving us what we pay for. I will NEVER give them a good reference to anyone. Im not even lying proof is there and I'm not the only one with Vumatel issues. From hereon I'd wish to be refunded and go to another service provider.
