VUMATEL INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUES!!!

I am very frustrated with the connection from Vumatel as i have been struggling to connect since Saturday last week, 02/04/2022.I called Supersonic service provider to log a call and still i haven't been assisted. I am the only one in my area whose service is apparently down but they said my 28 day voucher is counting whether i am using it or not.

Can somebody from Vuma please please please help me cause they also do not have any call center that i can call in and ask for help. The ticket numbers that i got from the Supersonic consultants are as follows : ISP-715741 AND ISP-719121 My contact number is *** I need the internet back please it's very frustrating to pay for something and then not benefit from it.
