Vumatel Installation woes

Vumatel really *****ed me over this time. I had to wait weeks for one of their technicians to install my fibre connection. I literary called every single day to follow up. They came eventually and I thought finally my problems are over. Meanwhile the guys that install don't active, I had to wait longer. I asked when the activation would happen. They assured me someone was going to come on the day. Again nothing. I have been without internet for more than a month now, yet I am still paying them since I am an existing client that moved.

It's a nightmare. I have to pay them for jot providing fibre and buy data to get through the month👀
