Vumatel installation

The Vumatel technician by the name John and his partner came to install fibre at my place on Saturda.They could not install the fibre because they didn’t bring the step ladder. John confirmed that he will reschedule the job, I have not received any communication for installation and I’ve bee calling Vuma for assistance and no one is coming with the resolution. Vuma has a very bad service and it’s draining.
