Vumatel - inefficient - unprofessional - useless

This is the most unprofessional, inefficient bunch of a*********s that I have dealt with in my life. They've managed to take service to the lowest level possible! We have been without internet for 3 weeks! Have logged numerous calls, but the ***********, uninterested maintenance team just can't seem to resolve our problem! They also can't provide any reasons why our internet has not been restored! How can a company that operates in the service industry be so oblivious to their customers' needs??
